Breast cancer study looking for participants

Florida State University researchers want to know whether simple functional strength training and yoga can help breast cancer patients recover better.
A team of researchers is examining how these two workouts can affect survivors’ body composition, bone health, fitness level and quality of life. The team is seeking breast cancer survivors who are over the age of 45, post-menopausal and not currently participating in an exercise program. Participants would be required to partake in a twice per week fitness class and be monitored for health outcomes for the duration of the study.
