Rising success of Marriage and Family Therapy Ph.D. alumni

Three (3) graduates of the Marriage and Family Therapy PhD program have recently accepted state leadership positions:

  • Dr. Becky Cobb was elected president of Washington state's WAMFT (Washington Association for Marriage and Family Therapy),
  • Dr. Ethan Schwab was elected as treasurer, and
  • Dr. Amy Claridge will be serving on the association's awards committee

Additionally, the latest issue of "Family Therapy Magazine" features the hard work of alumna Dr. Sarah Woods: The Active Advocate - Dr. Woods and another alum, Dr. DeAnna Harris McKoy, have been advocating in state supreme court hearings with the Texas Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (TAMFT).
